When our customers want to replace their heating, cooling, or both, they have the opportunity to enroll in our new membership program. The A-1 United Advantage Membership program is a monthly payment that includes (at no additional cost) the installation, annual maintenance, and future repairs. This membership frees up personal capital for better yielding investments with no money down. It does not affect the customer’s debt-to-income ratio.
Our members also experience high priority customer status: response within 24 hours of contact, dispatch of a technician to emergency service calls within 24 hours of communication, and dispatch of a technician to non-emergency needs within 48 hours of contact.
