A-1 United Technician Zachary Eggerling was here today 10/24/25 to due my annual furnace maintenance and he was so very nice and did a wonderful job. Very professional and respectful.

Zach just performed my annual maintenance check on my furnace. Outstanding job! He’s very personable, communicates clearly, and gave a thorough explanation of everything he worked on (pictures included). Awesome service.

We have an annual maintenance program and feel that this company has fair pricing and great service. They don’t try to sell you a new unit when they come out but do inform you of issues they find during the cleaning/inspection. Rick was our service provider and showed us pictures of what he cleaned out, replaced, etc. Would highly recommend A-1
