Residential New Construction
Our Residential New Construction department will
accomodate any new home construction job you have. We provide outstanding service to home builders and individuals so
that we may create the most comfortable home possible. We realize building a new home can be stressful, so Allen Terry
and his crew make the process as simple and worry-free as possible.
All installations include a follow-up service check, free of charge, after the equipment is
completely installed. This is done to ensure that your system is operating at peak efficiency and installed according to all
factory specifications.
Personnel
Allen Terry - Residential Sales / Vice President
Allen began installing replacement equipment for A-1 United in 1992. After seven years in the
field, he was promoted to the position of Project Manager and Field Supervisor. In 2007 he bought Tom Brummett's interest
in the company and now is positioned as an owner. As a dedicated supervisor he still maintains his position managing the Residential
New Construction Department. His hard work and dedication have helped A-1 to grow immensly over the past eight years.
Sarah Kuhlmeyer - Sales Assistant / Marketing Assistant
Sarah has been assisting in the Residential New Construction department since 2004. In April
2007 she also became a part of the marketing team, and in June 2007 obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Management.
