Personnel

Doug Holcomb - Commercial Sales / Project Manager

Doug brings 13 years of experience in HVAC estimating, installing, and project management to our commercial department. Doug joined A-1 in 1994 after working in the Marine Corps as an electrician for four years. After working in the field as both an installer and field supervisor, Doug was promoted to the Project Manager position in 1999 and has expanded the department from a group of six employees to 14 full time installers and two technicians.

Jim Feder - Commercial Field Supervisor

Jim has been with A-1 since 1998, working in the field as a commercial installer, residential installer, and residential replacement technician for six years before being promoted to Commercial Field Supervisor in 2004.

Jason Mateljan - Commercial Sales Assistant

Jason started with A-1 in 2006 after five years in commercial construction estimating and sales. Jason is also a trade school graduate with a degree in HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration.
